Nancy studied Hotel, Restaurant, & Travel Administration at The University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Her hotel career includes sales positions with Four Seasons Hotels (Ritz-Carlton Chicago), Hyatt Resorts (Hyatt Regency Monterey), L'Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills, Ritz-Carlton Hotels National Sales Office (Los Angeles) and Small Luxury Hotels of the World (Beverly Hills). The MEETINGS CONCIERGE served its first customer in 1991. Nancy has risen to the crest of professional meeting planners by earning both the CMM (Certified Meeting Manager), and a CMP (Certified Meeting Professional).
